Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $20.74–$24.72/hr based on role, plus attractive shift differentials for evening and overnight shifts.

What's a typical day as a Machine Operator? You'll be:
• Operating machinery in vital production roles such as Full Zone Operator, Metal Treatment (Case Prep, Case Treat, Gaskets), Barwell Extruder, or Rubber Mixer, reporting to the Production Supervisor.
• Performing physical work in a fast-paced manufacturing setting to ensure high-quality output.
• Following established safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Are able to perform physical work and stand for extended periods.
• Are available to work 2nd or 3rd shift hours.
• Prefer working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• Have steel/composite toe footwear (required for COMPONENTS roles).
• No high school diploma/GED required (preferred only).
