Location: Fort Washington, PA
Pay Rate: $23/hr
Shift: 12-hour shifts, 2-2-3 schedule (6:15pm – 6:45am)
What You'll Do:

  • Operate, troubleshoot, and ensure the optimal performance of state-of-the-art manufacturing equipment.
  • Set up, adjust, and repair machines to meet rigorous production and quality standards.
  • Monitor production lines for efficiency, safety, and regulatory compliance (SOP/GMP).
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of machine operation, quality checks, and maintenance activities.
  • Collaborate closely with maintenance, quality assurance, and engineering teams to drive continuous improvement.
  • Take a leadership role by training and mentoring junior operators.
What We're Looking For:
  • High School Diploma or GED (relevant technical certifications are a plus).
  • At least 2 years' experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing environment, preferably pharmaceutical or related regulated industry.
  • Solid knowledge of machine setup, operation, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and obsessive attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with SOPs, GMP, and other regulatory standards strongly preferred.
