This is a direct hire Machine Operator (Gluer) position, meaning you will be hired permanently with our client and offered their competitive benefit and vacation package upon hire.

Position Information:
• Monitor machine operations, detect malfunctions, and make routine adjustments or perform troubleshooting and preventive maintenance as needed.
• Review job tickets and instructions thoroughly; ensure all assigned work is completed effectively and on schedule.
• Verify finished products meet supplied samples and quality standards, maintaining make-ready and run standards.
• Record key production information and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Oversee and train crew members on equipment setup, operation, and job duties.
• Follow all standard operating procedures relevant to the position and perform other duties as assigned.
Required Experience:
• 3+ years of experience operating folder/gluer machines such as Bobst or KBA gluer
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Demonstrate leadership and initiative while effectively working as part of a team
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Must be willing to work 12-hour shifts including overtime and weekend work as scheduled
