Maintenance Mechanic – Mesa, AZ
Pay: $30–$40/hour (based on experience)
Schedule Options:

  • Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
  • Monday–Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
  • Optional overtime available on Fridays

Position Overview
A well-established manufacturing facility in Mesa, AZ is seeking an experienced Maintenance Mechanic to support day-shift operations. This role focuses on maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production and facility equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance on production and facility equipment
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
  • Maintain and repair manufacturing equipment such as coil processing machinery, presses, conveyors, motors, pumps, and fans
  • Diagnose equipment issues using blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation
  • Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement efforts
  • Complete work orders and maintenance documentation accurately
  • Follow all safety procedures, including lockout/tagout and housekeeping standards

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience as a Maintenance Mechanic or Industrial Maintenance Technician
  • Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
  • Working knowledge of electrical systems (up to 480V preferred)
  • Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, bearings, and power transmission systems
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and manuals
  • Welding experience (MIG/TIG) is a plus
  • Dependable attendance and ability to work independently or in a team environment
