- Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and PLC issues on production equipment and machinery.
- Following established maintenance plans and schedules to ensure maximum equipment uptime.
- Performing preventive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
- Fabricating and welding components when required.
- Ordering and managing spare parts and supplies as part of Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO).
- Maintaining accurate records of equipment maintenance and repairs.
- Assisting senior maintenance technicians as needed.
- Ensuring compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.
- Safeguarding yourself and team members by utilizing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Hold a High School Diploma or GED and technical training/certification in electrical, mechanical, or a related field.
- Have a minimum of 2 years' experience in industrial maintenance.
- Possess hands-on experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting.
- Demonstrate strong electrical, mechanical, welding, and fabrication skills.
- Are knowledgeable in MRO procedures and inventory.
- Can read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Are skilled in problem-solving and analytics with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Are proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Can work both independently and as part of a team.
- Meet essential physical requirements, including standing for 10–12 hours, climbing stairs/ladders, performing repetitive movements, lifting/pushing/pulling up to 40 pounds, and working in environments with temperature extremes and varying noise levels.
- Are comfortable with overtime as required and are diligent in using PPE such as steel-toed shoes, eye and hearing protection, and appropriate clothing.
