We're currently hiring a Manufacturing Associate to join the IVD Manufacturing Team in Waltham, MA. A Typical Day as a Manufacturing Associate:

  • Prepare bulk components for immunoassay kits following batch production guides

  • Operate laboratory equipment such as pipettes, centrifuges, and pH meters

  • Maintain inventory and ensure accurate data entry in ERP systems

  • Adhere to safety protocols, 5S standards, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)

  • Support troubleshooting, process improvements, and cross-functional collaboration

This Role Could Be a Great Fit If You Have:

  • A BS degree in Life Sciences or 2+ years of biomanufacturing experience

  • Familiarity with lab techniques and standard laboratory equipment

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment

  • The physical ability to lift up to 15 lbs as part of routine duties

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with immunoassay kits or IVD production

  • Working knowledge of ERP systems for inventory and documentation

  • Exposure to 5S or lean manufacturing environments

  • Background in troubleshooting and product/process optimization

Work Schedule & Location:

  • Work Location: Onsite 100% – Waltham, MA

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, preferred hours 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (some flexibility possible)

  • Employment Type: 6-month contract

Work Conditions:

  • Laboratory-based environment with a focus on sterility, quality, and compliance

  • Hands-on lab work with regular documentation and system updates

  • No travel required
