- Spending approximately 75% of your time on the factory floor, supporting production operations
- Applying problem-solving and decision-making skills to address manufacturing challenges
- Collaborating with team members and communicating effectively to ensure smooth workflow
- Occasionally transporting tools, parts, or computers within the facility using approved vehicles (after safety training)
- Lifting up to 30 lbs as needed and adhering to all safety protocols, including wearing metatarsal safety boots from day one
- Reporting to the Plant Engineer and working fully onsite in a dynamic factory setting
- Have a degree in Technology, Engineering, Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field (recent graduates with manufacturing internships are encouraged to apply)
- OR have 2+ years of applicable manufacturing or shop floor experience (degree not required with experience)
- Possess strong problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills
- Are eager to learn and comfortable working in a hands-on, factory environment
- Can lift up to 30 lbs and spend most of your shift on your feet
- Are open to driving company vehicles inside the facility and your personal vehicle to nearby locations (after required safety training)
- Are fully authorized to work in the U.S. (visa sponsorship is not available)
