Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $37.00 per hour Assignment Length: 24 Months  Shift: 1st shift 7 am to 3:30 pm, Possible overtime to support production line Why you should apply to be a Manufacturing Engineer:

What's a typical day as Manufacturing Engineer? You'll be:

• Spending approximately 75% of your time on the factory floor, supporting production operations
• Applying problem-solving and decision-making skills to address manufacturing challenges
• Collaborating with team members and communicating effectively to ensure smooth workflow
• Occasionally transporting tools, parts, or computers within the facility using approved vehicles (after safety training)
• Lifting up to 30 lbs as needed and adhering to all safety protocols, including wearing metatarsal safety boots from day one
• Reporting to the Plant Engineer and working fully onsite in a dynamic factory setting

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a degree in Technology, Engineering, Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field (recent graduates with manufacturing internships are encouraged to apply)
• OR have 2+ years of applicable manufacturing or shop floor experience (degree not required with experience)
• Possess strong problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills
• Are eager to learn and comfortable working in a hands-on, factory environment
• Can lift up to 30 lbs and spend most of your shift on your feet
• Are open to driving company vehicles inside the facility and your personal vehicle to nearby locations (after required safety training)
• Are fully authorized to work in the U.S. (visa sponsorship is not available)
