Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Mon-Fri First Shift
What's a typical day as Manufacturing Operator? You'll be:
- Operating and monitoring production equipment, adjusting as needed to ensure efficient and high-quality output.
- Collaborating with fellow technicians on filling, labeling, and packaging of biotech products.
- Accurately handling production paperwork including reconciliation sheets and quality checks.
- Following manufacturing instructions and standard operating procedures without deviation.
- Handling chemicals and hazardous materials in a safe and compliant manner.
- Adhering to all safety regulations, cleaning and sanitizing equipment and work areas.
- Communicating and collaborating within your work group for effective task completion.
- Performing duties in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities.
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Are able to work flexible hours, including possible overtime and varying shifts.
- Have the ability to comprehend and accurately follow complex written instructions and procedures.
- Possess strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Computational skills
- Can handle chemicals and adhere strictly to safety guidelines.
- Value precision and pay close attention to detail in all tasks.
