Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $17/hr/ WEEKLY PAY

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM

What's a typical day as a Manufacturing Operator - Plater Anodize Technician? You'll be:
• Processing parts in tanks according to specifications, work order, and other requirements
• Calculating the appropriate amount of time needed to process parts
• Removing parts from tank after specified time, rinsing parts, and immersing them in bath before finishing processing
• Completing paperwork as required by company and processing guidelines
• Assisting all line activities to optimize throughput
• Recording results on work order dimensions, tank, temperature, volts, time in/out of tank
• Evaluating and logging all preventative maintenance on processing line
• Ensuring all hazardous waste material is disposed of correctly
• Using required safety equipment (eye/ear protection, gloves, back brace when applicable)
• Inspecting, cleaning, and packaging a variety of parts in a class 10,000 and/or class 1000 cleanroom environment
• Cleaning and visually inspecting parts prior to final clean and packing in the cleanroom
• Being able to follow other duties as assigned

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have the ability to read, write, and communicate effectively
• Can follow Standard Operating Procedures/Work Instructions, including company safety policies and procedures
• Are able to adhere to all Safety Environmental requirements
• Can take daily direction from Supervisor Line Operator-2 and follow all management assignments instructions
• Have previous experience with chemical processing (preferred)
• Are able to frequently lift and/or move up to 35 lbs. by oneself and above 35 lbs., must be able to use a lifting device
