You will be process medical tubing and then run water back through it to make sure it holds and then signs off on the quality
Must be able to train on first shift for 2 weeks and then move to their shifts.
2nd shift Manufacturing - Pay rate $16 per hour - Schedule shift hours: 3 pm until 11 pm
3rd shift Processing - Pay rate $16.50per hour- Schedule shift hours: 11 pm until 7 am
Job Responsibilities (As required or as trained)
Process different materials and tubing configurations. Run Ovens Run Braiding machinery Run wire drawing machinery Perform all duties that are required to manufacture tubing according to SOP s, MWI s and PCD s. Assist Processing Technicians as needed. Complete all associated paperwork
- Pull Tubing
- Flush Tubing
- Inspect Tubing
- Perform necessary steps for completion of products as required according to SOP¿s and PCD¿s
- Complete all associated paperwork
- Assist Manufacturing Technician as needed.
Education and Experience Requirements High School Diploma, GED or equivalent 0-2 years' experience
Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
Environment: Work is performed in a low noised, well maintained manufacturing environment with the associated hazards of chemical application hazards.
Performance: Must be able to follow directions. Must be able to make clear and accurate decisions that affect the operations and facilities.
