Manufacturing Technician II - (Hillsboro, OR)
Location: Hillsboro, OR (100% Onsite)
Contract: Up to 18 months (W2 through Kelly Services)
Pay Rate: $28/hr
Shift: Sun–Tues + every other Sat / 11:00 AM – 11:30 PM

What you'll do:
As a Manufacturing Tech II, you will:
- Operate complex manufacturing equipment and analytical tools in an ESD-controlled environment
- Perform minor troubleshooting & preventative maintenance on production tools
- Follow standard operating procedures to ensure safety, quality, and production goals
- Perform repetitive tasks requiring strong attention to detail
- Maximize output by using constraint-management techniques
- Collaborate with your team, cross-train, and support continuous improvement
- Work on your feet, this is a highly physical role involving standing/walking throughout the shift
What you need to succeed
You must meet one of the following:
Experience-Based Track
- 1–3 years in a semiconductor fab, cleanroom, lab, or production environment
- Experience following detailed procedures, using computer systems (MS Office, logging tools)
Education Track
- AA/AS degree in a technical field (semiconductor, engineering tech, electronics, computer systems, etc.), strongly preferred OR
- Strong military technical experience + some post-secondary education OR
- HS Diploma/GED + more than 3 years of relevant experience
