Job Title: Manufacturing Technician II 
Location: St. Paul, MN 55114
Pay Rate: $20/hr
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 5:30am–2pm (OT as needed)
Duration: 12 months, temp-to-hire potential
Summary:
Manufacturing Technicians are key players in the manufacturing, assembly, and packaging of medical device products. You'll be fully trained and follow standard operating procedures, environmental health and safety guidelines, and applicable regulations. This role embraces Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to ensure product integrity and regulatory compliance.

What You'll Do:

  • Work on assembly lines: wash, wrap, assemble, glue, package, seal, sterilize, and label medical devices
  • Clean your production area daily to maintain GMP standards
  • Operate equipment (sealers, autoclave, stir plates, etc.)
  • Receive/distribute supplies as needed
  • Wear proper safety gear at all times in manufacturing/warehouse areas
  • Show up reliably and complete assigned training
  • Learn and apply strict quality standards, SOPs, and cGMP
  • Tackle other duties as needed
  • May work in a clean room environment with specialized clothing/PPE
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to sit or stand for 8 hours, with provided breaks
  • Lift up to 25 lbs individually or up to 65 lbs as part of a team
  • Frequent hand motion, fine and firm grasping, and object handling
  • Ability for occasional pushing and pulling of carts
  • Must meet 20/25 vision requirement (with or without corrective lenses)
What You'll Bring:
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Age 18 or older
  • Basic written and spoken English skills to safely communicate
  • Ability to read work instructions and safety guidelines in English
  • Skills in basic math
  • Prior manufacturing experience is preferred, but not required
Work Environment:
You will flourish in a clean room setting, equipped with the right garments and PPE, alongside supportive colleagues. Some duties may rotate as needed, and overtime could be required.
