Description

Kelly is seeking Manufacturing Technician II - Parts Prep's for a premier client in West Chester OH. The position involves working in various Controlled and Non-Classified areas. You will operate equipment such as parts washers and autoclaves, inspect, clean, and sterilize equipment, assemble/disassemble parts, perform scheduled cleanings, and complete batch record entries in compliance with cGMP standards.

Experience working in the manufacturing setting with pharmacueticals, or food manufacturing is helpful. 

6am - 6:30pm (2-2-3) $23
6pm - 6am (2-2-3) $26

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate assigned machinery including parts washers and autoclaves
  • Assemble, disassemble, wrap, rinse, and sanitize equipment per SOP
  • Prepare and set up cleaning activities, manage autoclave/wash loads, and maintain area readiness
  • Inspect equipment visually for cleanliness and obtain certification for inspections
  • Maintain accurate GMP documentation and batch records, including logs and basic computations
  • Adhere to product security controls and perform material handling
  • Obtain aseptic qualification for core area work and support component processing
  • Use SAP for inventory movements and goods issuing
  • Follow all SOPs, cGMPs, and OSHA safety protocols; be knowledgeable in safety procedures such as PPE, ergonomics, chemical and waste handling, and spill control
  • Assist with mechanical preventive maintenance as needed
  • Use material handling equipment (e.g., Walkie Stacker), obtaining lift truck certification
  • Support lean initiatives, such as 5S and process improvements
  • Be flexible and willing to train or support other functional areas as needed
  • Communicate through pass downs and support production activities requiring media and cold room qualifications if needed
  • Become a certified trainer within the area if required
  • Additional duties as assigned with minimal supervision
