Marketing & Business Development Manager – US
Hybrid | New York, NY
Salary: $90,000 – $150,000 DOE
Kelly Services is seeking a strategic and execution-focused Marketing Officer to support marketing and business development initiatives targeting senior executives across the U.S. market. This hybrid role is based in New York, NY and offers the opportunity to develop high-impact marketing strategies, build influential partnerships, and execute events that drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
The Marketing Officer will work closely with Regional Directors and internal stakeholders to promote global business expansion opportunities, with a particular focus on engaging leaders across technology, healthcare, and industrial sectors.
Key Responsibilities
As a Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing initiatives that drive awareness and generate qualified business leads. Responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing marketing initiatives to generate new business leads
- Increasing awareness and engagement through targeted marketing campaigns and partnerships
- Identifying, engaging, and managing relationships with relevant partners, including industry associations, consultancies, investment firms, and convening platforms
- Planning and executing in-person and virtual events, independently and in collaboration with partners
- Evaluating potential partners and events to ensure alignment with target industries, executive audiences, and messaging strategy
- Collaborating with Regional Directors and internal teams to identify target companies, decision-makers, and effective marketing narratives
- Managing partner and vendor relationships, including scope development, contract management, procurement approvals, and deliverables
- Coordinating event execution, logistics, and vendor management; supporting on-the-ground execution as needed
- Supporting post-event lead tracking, reporting, and partner performance assessment
- Contributing to the development of marketing best practices and continuous process improvement
Qualifications & Requirements
Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong research, analytical, and organizational abilities
- Proven ability to build relationships, network, and influence stakeholders
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in B2B or G2B marketing and business development
- Experience engaging U.S. business audiences on behalf of organizations, companies, or international markets
- Familiarity with Singapore or Asia-Pacific markets is a plus
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proactive, self-motivated, and ownership-driven mindset
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Adaptable and effective in ambiguous, fast-changing environments
- Curious, innovative, and eager to learn and experiment
- Ability to work hybrid from the New York, NY office
- Willingness to travel within the U.S. as needed for meetings and events
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $90,000 – $150,000 (Dependent on Experience)
