Kelly is seeking high volume Warehouse Material Handlers for a company located in South Kissimmee, FL 34758.

Schedule- Mon-Friday 8am-5pm

Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and team-focused Material Handler to join our warehouse operations. This position is responsible for all Shipping and Receiving functions, including managing product returns (RMA Process), unloading and loading trucks, and maintaining accurate inventory records in our ERP system. The Warehouse Associate ensures that shipments are timely, accurate, and processed according to company standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
RMA Process (Return Merchandise Authorization):

Assign RMA numbers to authorize product returns.

Track returned products through the process to ensure accurate and timely receipt.

Update the inventory ERP system when RMA numbers are scanned upon product arrival.
Shipping & Receiving:

Load outbound trucks daily with assigned products, ensuring shipment accuracy.

Unload returned products from inbound trucks, checking for damages or defects and recording in the ERP system.

Verify counts and details for both inbound and outbound shipments.

Sort boxes by item and match with packing lists, proactively resolving any discrepancies.

Accurately process pick, pack, and ship orders, and apply shipment labels or UPCs.

Collect and organize all relevant documents (DO/BOL) for shipment records.

Maintain inventory controls by location, following company organizational standards.
Warehouse Organization:

Keep shelves, pallets, and workstations clean (sweeping, dusting, mopping).

Maintain a tidy and orderly warehouse environment at all times.
Minimum Qualifications
-
High School diploma or equivalent.
-
2 to 5 years of warehouse work experience.

Experience with both shipping and receiving.

Familiarity with Amazon FBA procedures is a strong plus.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills; a proven team player.

Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Physically able to stand, walk, crouch, and carry loads between 10-50 lbs.
Physical Demands & Work Environment

Must be able to talk and hear regularly while performing job duties.

Frequent use of hands or fingers to handle/feel objects, tools, or controls.

Occasionally required to stand, walk, sit, and reach with hands and arms.

Frequent lifting/moving of up to 50 lbs.

Specific vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, and ability to adjust focus.

Work environment noise level is generally low to moderate.
