Job Details:
- Seasonal position: Lasts until May, with potential to extend depending on crop cycles
- Shifts: Monday–Friday (OT available on Saturdays)
- 1st: 6:00am–2:30pm
- 2nd: 2:00pm–10:30pm (shift premium)
- 3rd: 10:00pm–6:30am (shift premium)
- Flexibility to work any shift required — all team members start training on 1st shift

- Valuable hands-on experience in plant operations and seed production
- Lock Out Tag Out Experience needed
- Operate plant delinting equipment, monitor dryer temperatures
- Maintain seed cleaning equipment and track waste products
- Record measurements and support the Plant Supervisor
- Adjust cleaner and gravity tables, ensure seed quality control
- Perform preventive maintenance and adhere to safety regulations
- Those with a high school diploma or GED (required)
- Candidates with at least 2 years' experience in manufacturing, seed production, ginning, seed conditioning, or relevant agricultural/mechanical fields
- Individuals knowledgeable about OSHA's Lockout Tagout (LOTO) and Confined Space Entry procedures
- People capable of lifting 50 lb. bags and who demonstrate strong mechanical ability
- Team players with excellent communication and collaboration skills
