  • Pay Rate: $21.40 per hour

  • Location: Dubois, PA

  • Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

  • Employment Type: Contract with potential to convert to full-time employee

  • Overtime: Available based on business needs

  • PPE Provided: Eye protection and ear protection (must bring your own safety shoes)

  • Interview Format: In-person

What's a typical day as a Material Support I? You will:
  • Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy by executing warehouse and production material transactions.

  • Physically move materials using manual handling and powered industrial trucks (onsite certification provided).

  • Support shipping and receiving functions, including pulling, packing, and shipping service parts orders.

  • Partner with production, quality, engineering, and finance teams to address nonconforming materials, quarantine processes, and financial recovery.

  • Participate in cycle counting, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive action planning to ensure inventory control.

  • Assist with annual physical inventory and preparation activities.

  • Contribute to a safe, organized, and team-oriented work environment.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:
  • 1+ year of warehouse, materials handling, or inventory control experience.

  • Comfort working with powered industrial trucks (training/certification provided onsite).

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recordkeeping.

  • Ability to work cross-functionally with production and support departments.

  • Reliability, adaptability, and a commitment to attendance.
