Description

We're looking for a Materials Coordinator to join our team in Irvine. In this role, you'll play a key part in the day-to-day operation of our warehouses, ensuring the smooth flow of materials and supplies that keep our business running.

Pay & Schedule:

  • Pay Rate: $22.75 per hour
  • Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and oversee warehouse operations, including processing, packaging, and storage of supplies, materials, and equipment.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and perform audits of incoming goods.
  • Coordinate receipt, storage, and shipment of materials in alignment with established procedures.
  • Develop and manage shipping and receiving schedules to control the flow of goods and optimize warehouse space.
  • Ensure warehouse procedures are followed efficiently and effectively, including proper space utilization, equipment maintenance, and facility protection.

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in materials coordination, warehouse, or logistics.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse procedures, shipping/receiving processes, and inventory control.
  • Ability to work within well-defined procedures while managing multiple tasks.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable with good problem-solving skills.
