Job Title: Night Shift Supervisor

Location: Jacksonville, FL

Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Shift Supervisor to lead and coordinate warehouse and production operations. This role ensures accurate receiving, storing, shipping, repackaging, line delivery, and palletizing of products while maintaining company standards for safety, sanitation, security, and productivity. The Shift Supervisor will also oversee product flow, manage traffic lanes, and ensure production lines have the necessary materials to operate efficiently. Occasional backup operation of Powered Industrial Vehicles (PIV) may be required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure team compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Report shortages, damages, and mis-shipments accurately.
  • Receive products in SAP and move them to designated storage locations.
  • Stack and store merchandise efficiently.
  • Process line orders and transport them to line locations using material handling equipment.
  • Perform labeling, sorting, wrapping, packing, re-boxing, and repacking as needed.
  • Load products into trailers, rail cars, or containers.
  • Assist with physical inventories and cycle counts.
  • Ensure proper stock rotation and operate shrink-wrap machines.
  • Serve as backup PIV operator when needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing a team.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing or distribution.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills

  • SAP experience.
  • Knowledge of warehouse safety and productivity standards.

Training Provided

  • Comprehensive training on production moving equipment and company processes.
