Operations Supervisor
Location: Pittsburgh, PA

About the Role
As an Operations Supervisor, you'll play a critical role in enhancing efficiency, driving compliance, and supporting a team that delivers exceptional service. You'll manage staff scheduling, monitor KPIs, and implement process improvements to ensure accuracy and productivity.
What You'll Do
Supervise, coach, and mentor a team to deliver outstanding service
Oversee onboarding and identify training needs; collaborate with training teams for upskilling
Monitor performance through KPIs, set goals, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations
Partner with leadership to develop SOPs, job aids, and quality assurance measures
Handle escalated concerns promptly and maintain satisfaction
Track operational metrics, prepare reports, and recommend workflow improvements
Drive process enhancements and collaborate cross-functionally to implement best practices
What We're Looking For
Required:
High school diploma or equivalent
3+ years of supervisory experience in a call center environment (healthcare preferred)
Strong understanding of call center operations, KPIs, and compliance standards
Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate teams
Proficiency with call center software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office
Preferred:
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or related field
Ability to manage deliverables in a fast-paced environment
Strong customer focus and results-oriented mindset
