Pay Rate: $22 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm
Location: Saint Cloud, MN

What's a typical day as Order Processing Rep? You'll be:
- Developing strong relationships with internal and external customers, vendors, and jurisdictional agencies.
- Performing searches, document retrieval, preparation and execution, and filings/recordings at all jurisdictional levels.
- Assisting customers and vendors with order fulfillment, training, and problem resolution
- Explaining service offerings, procedures, and delivery options, and providing consultative support
- Making timely decisions to meet client expectations and recommending improvements for efficiency and satisfaction.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have an associate's degree from an accredited college or university, or at least one year of customer service experience in a fast-paced, multi-functional environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and have excellent data entry skills.
- Possess effective written and verbal communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and keen organizational and time management skills.
- Can multitask, prioritize demands from multiple sources, and solve problems proactively.
- Experience with UCC, mortgage, secured transactions, lending, commercial title/abstracting, or commercial banking is a plus.
- Ability to work overtime as needed.
