Kelly Services in partnership with a large local paper converting company in Green Bay is seeking Packaging Associates on 2nd and 3rd shift! These positions are temporary-to-hire and can lead to becoming a machine operator.

Associates will perform manufacturing duties such as assembly, packaging, or shipping of customer orders (paper products). Self-motivated participation in all functions associated with the operation of converting equipment and distributing, such as re-winders, folders, laminators, sheeters, forklift, etc. This includes set-ups and changeovers on machine centers as required.
Troubleshoot machine problems and determine which problems need to escalate to maintenance and/or team coaches. Identify and react to production problems (shortage of raw materials, inventory issues, out of spec raw materials, quality issues, etc).
Complete and maintain production records both manually and with computer systems to maintain inventory control.
Perform machine clean-ups as required. Maintain a clean and organized environment in the work areas to maintain performance expectations.
Attend and participate in meetings and training sessions as required (e.g. safety, quality, production, teams, informational, continuous improvement, and others as requested).

2nd (3pm-11pm), Monday-Friday
3rd (11pm-7am) Sunday-Thursday

No tobacco use permitted on premises at any time

GED or High School Diploma is required
Prior manufacturing experience required
Ideal candidates will posses a great attitude and attendance
Must be able to lift 25-30 lbs
Must be able to bend, twist, and move throughout your shift
Ability to work in small teams or independently
Steel toed shoes or boots required
Overtime hours available

If hired on to the company, pay rate increases to $16.50/hour
Eligible for benefits after 90 day probationary period
