Kelly® is looking for a Packaging Machine Operator to work at a premier manufacturing client in West Chester, OH.  Talent with pharmaceutical packaging/machine Operator experience or like experience is a plus! 

Pay $23 - $27 per hour
1st shift 6am - 6:30pm 
3rd shift 6pm - 6:30am

Shift: Some overtime may be required with minimal advance notice to support business needs What's a typical day as a Packaging Machine Operator? You'll be:
  • Operating assigned packaging machinery and servicing automated inspection equipment
  • Monitoring equipment status, reintroducing materials, and manually palletizing inspected materials to ensure smooth product flow
  • Performing manual visual, cosmetic, and physical inspection of materials
  • Escalating concerns promptly to Leads and Managers/Supervisors
  • Starting up equipment, making minor adjustments, troubleshooting, and cleaning machinery as needed
  • Using material handling equipment, including motorized and manual pallet jacks and non-motorized lifts
  • Completing cleaning, housekeeping, and line clearance activities for assigned areas to maintain a cGMP environment
  • Performing batch record and GMP documentation entries, including mathematical computations
  • Maintaining records and logs as required
  • Supporting lean activities and process improvement work such as 5S, problem-solving, and manual OEE data collection
  • Reviewing process documents and providing process improvement suggestions while maintaining quality and compliance

  • Have the ability to effectively understand, read, write, and communicate in English
  • Are willing to acquire and maintain all required certifications and qualifications for the assigned work area
  • Are familiar with safety procedures and hazards, including PPE, ergonomics, LOTO, material handling, waste handling, chemical handling, and spill controls
  • Have knowledge of cGMPs, SOPs, and OSHA guidelines (preferred but not required)
  • Are flexible to support other work areas and take on additional responsibilities with minimal supervision
