Packaging Technician – Bottling Department
Full Time/Temp to hire– Canandaigua, NY
Pay: $15.70 - $21.15 per hour (based on experience and skills)
Shifts Available: 

  • 1st Shift: 6 AM – 3:30 PM
  • 2nd Shift: 3:10 PM – 1:35 AM
(Other shifts may also be available for discussion or may vary if changes occur.)

About the Role:
Join a dynamic team in the bottling department as a Packaging Technician. You will be a vital part of the production process, ensuring our products meet high-quality standards while maintaining efficiency and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Uncase empty glass bottles onto bottling line conveyors
  • Inspect labels and product quality
  • Operate manual fillers and palletize finished products
  • Manage discarded materials and recycling
  • Assist with production changeovers
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment compliant with Food Safety standards
  • Perform routine production reporting and quality checks

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent, or 1+ year experience in manufacturing or production
  • Physically capable of performing bottling room tasks, including repetitive lifting and uncasing glass cases
  • Ability to work assigned shifts including weekends and overtime as needed
  • Willingness to wear a respirator when required
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
  • Basic math and reading comprehension skills
