Kelly Services has a Direct Hire Opportunity: Paint Shop Production Supervisor – Competitive Compensation and Relocation Assistance Offered

We're on the hunt for a skilled Paint Shop Production Supervisor to lead our client's Paint Shop team, bringing expertise and passion to our automotive manufacturing operations. This role comes with a generous salary range of $76,000 to $100,000 annually, complemented by a 5% bonus structure, and is designed to support and develop our team leaders and members to achieve excellence in our production processes.

About This Role: In this key position, you'll be instrumental in guiding the team towards achieving their full potential, with a focus on manufacturing excellence and efficiency. Initially assigned to the first shift, the role will transition to the second shift, necessitating flexibility regarding work hours, including the need for weekend, holiday, and overtime work.

Role Responsibilities:

Position Requirements:

  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overtime.
