Pay Rate: $18-20/hr based on experience
Shift: Mon - Wed 8am-1:30pm
*This is a part time role*

What's a typical day as Admin Assistant? You'll be:
• Opening and closing the center daily, ensuring facilities are secure and ready
• Maintaining cleanliness and reporting maintenance needs
• Coordinating with vendors and service providers for center operations
• Managing inventory of supplies and overseeing audiovisual/technical setup
• Handling room bookings, daily activity logs, and assisting with meal service
• Welcoming and assisting guests, visitors, and program participants

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a high school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
• Are organized, accurate, and attentive to detail with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and tech platforms

• Have sound judgment, decision-making skills, patience, perseverance, and resilience
• Are eager for personal and professional growth
• Are able to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, and lift/move up to 20 lbs
• Are comfortable working on-site, full-time, supporting daily center operations
