Kelly Services is partnered with a financial wellness company in the Green Bay, WI area in search of a part-time Receptionist! This role is temp-to-hire with the company and offers growth opportunities and great benefits.

Pay Rate:
 $17/hour
*Paid weekly

Shift/Hours: 

  • Rotating weeks
    • Week 1: M-F, 8:15am-1:00pm
    • Week 2: M-W, 1:00pm-5:15pm, Thur-F 1:00pm-6:15pm
      • Must be able to work every other Saturday from 7:45am-12:15pm (will then have a ½ day off during the week, the day of the week might change)
Position Overview: Receptionists are responsible for providing exceptional service to our member owners by servicing them including, but not limited to: greeting members; receiving member phone inquiries in a professional, prompt and pleasant manner; assisting members with questions; directing members to the proper source; logging members inquiries into lobby tracking software.

What You Would Do:
  • Greet and serve as the first point of contact for member, vendors, and other parties coming into the branch
  • Provide outstanding, quality service to external and internal members
  • Take initiative to ensure members are served quickly
  • Maintain neat and efficient work area and address members in professional, friendly manner
  • Collaborate with branch staff to support their needs
  • Maintain a positive image in the community through volunteer opportunities
  • Perform other duties as assigned
What You Will Need: 
  • High School diploma or equivalent degree (GED, HSED)
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to read, write, and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
  • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Ability to problem solve and effectively listen
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office applications
