Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $21.63 per hour

What's a typical day as Payroll Associate?
You'll be: • Executing payroll processes for both salaried and hourly payrolls, including pre-payroll preparation, payroll processing, and post-payroll activities
• Processing off cycle payments such as gainshare payments, bonuses, stocks, and creating manual checks as needed
• Maintaining accurate payroll files and records, processing garnishments, tax levies, and child support, and working with ADP to resolve issues
• Providing payroll support and training to employees, assisting with payroll-related questions, and preparing post-payroll reports
• Coordinating with other departments for problem resolution, process improvements, and special projects
• Recommending and implementing process improvements while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Hold a Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, or a related field, or possess five (5) or more years of equivalent payroll/accounting experience (CPP certification preferred)
• Bring at least five (5) years of payroll and/or accounting experience, with advanced Excel skills and preferred experience with Workday, UKG, and ADP systems
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of HRIS reporting systems and standard payroll practices
• Are detail-oriented, highly responsible, and able to handle confidential data with discretion
• Can work independently, provide proactive process improvement suggestions, and excel in a fast-paced environment
