We're searching for a Trust Coordinator to play a key role in our client's dynamic Trust Operations team, supporting clients, management, and your peers with technical, analytical, and client-focused expertise in Farmington Hills, Michigan.

  • Pay rate: $22.00 per hour
  • Length: 1 year with possibility of extension
  • Schedule: M-F 2 days remote and 3 days in office

Here's what you'll do:
  • Clear General Ledger entries and monitor Trust DDA accounts for balanced operations
  • Identify and resolve out-of-balance situations—become the go-to for high-accuracy financial tracking
  • Act as a liaison to clear cash reject tickets and collaborate with vendors for solutions
  • Communicate proactively with management, team members, and clients to drive results
  • Participate in special projects and drive operational improvements
Who we're seeking:
  • High School Diploma/GED; some College preferred
  • 1+ year in banking/financial services & customer service
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (Will be tested)
  • Strong analytical, prioritization, and organizational skills
