Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Starting Pay: $18.00 per hour

Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and energetic Pick and Pack Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle materials, operate handling equipment, follow safety protocols, and contribute to smooth warehouse operations.

Responsibilities:

• Physically handle materials used to construct components and finished products
• Lift, carry, and stack materials as needed to optimize workflow
• Operate motorized and non-motorized material handling equipment (specialized training provided where necessary)
• Respond attentively to training from foremen and senior handlers to continuously increase job knowledge
• Observe and follow all safety procedures and best practices to prevent injury; attend periodic safety meetings
• Participate in and recommend changes to improve safety procedures when appropriate
• Load, unload, and stage products and materials efficiently
• Conduct daily equipment checks and basic maintenance
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Must have steel toe boots
• Ability to lift and carry items regularly throughout the shift
• Willingness to learn and follow directions
• Attention to detail and commitment to safe work practices
