Location: Indianapolis
Shift: 2nd 2PM-10:30PM
Pay Rate: $19/hr

What's a typical day as a Picker? You'll be:
- Receiving and logging out batches of pick tickets corresponding to customer orders, ensuring high accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Picking customer orders in case quantities, labeling products with pick tickets and shipping/tracking labels.
- Loading products onto the conveyor or into the loading operation as appropriate while maintaining daily individual production records for supervisor review.

- Are able to adhere to company policies and procedures regarding workplace behavior and job performance.
- Can effectively participate in special projects and perform other duties as required.

Qualifications:
Qualifications & Skills:

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred, or comparable work experience.
- Good reading, writing, and mathematical skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in decision-making.
- Ability to work under stress and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of warehousing operations is preferred.
- Must be able to read and speak English fluently.
