Job Title: Data Entry Operator II – Policy Specialist
Department: Policy Management

Employment Type: Full-Time $18 M-F Job Summary
 This role ensures the accuracy and timeliness of the policy grid, which is essential for proper returns processing. The Specialist also develops and maintains working relationships with manufacturers, wholesalers, and reverse distributors, ensuring up-to-date policy information and smooth collaboration across stakeholders. Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Must be highly proficient in Excel (pivot tables, V Lookup…)
  • Proactively research and document the most current manufacturer/labeler return goods policies (RGPs).
  • Perform accurate and timely master data entry into the policy grid.
  • Maintain detailed virtual documentation and historical records of policy data.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to identify risks, resolve issues, and improve policy processes.
  • Suggest improvements to return goods policy management systems and workflows.
  • Manage and prioritize workload to meet deadlines and ensure compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs).
  • Track tasks and updates in the JIRA Ticket System.
  • Provide weekly and monthly reporting metrics as required by management.
  • Participate in special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Experience: Must be highly proficient in Excel (pivot tables, V Lockup…)2–3 years of experience in data entry, client-facing roles, or contract/policy management.
  • Education: Associate degree preferred but not required.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word (advanced), Excel (advanced), and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Experience with data entry systems; familiarity with Prophet or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask across multiple projects and work independently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
  • Ability to analyze problems, identify trends, and propose solutions.
