Job Title: Portfolio Coordinator – Business Transformation
Work Model: Hybrid

Job Overview
The Portfolio Coordinator is part of the Business Transformation team responsible for delivering the mid-to-long-term ERP Modernization roadmap, supporting AI deployment initiatives, and driving cost competitiveness across the organization.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Business Transformation Portfolio, this role focuses on execution and operational coordination across a portfolio of transformation projects. Responsibilities include financial and schedule tracking, governance support, reporting, and collaboration across business and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities
Portfolio Monitoring & Reporting

  • Maintain detailed financial tracking for portfolio projects, including forecasts, actuals, and variance analysis
  • Support long-range planning processes aligned with portfolio roadmaps
  • Maintain portfolio cost trackers and support vendor invoicing and payment workflows
  • Reconcile monthly financial forecasts and actuals
  • Develop and maintain portfolio-level schedules, milestones, and cross-project dependencies
  • Maintain portfolio trackers for resources, interfaces, onboarding/offboarding, and utilization
  • Track portfolio risks, actions, issues, and decisions (RAID)
  • Prepare decision materials and manage approval workflows
Team & Content Collaboration
  • Build and maintain SharePoint sites, Teams channels, and document repositories
  • Manage documentation organization and access control
  • Maintain portfolio document libraries
  • Prepare materials and minutes for governance and portfolio meetings
Required Qualifications
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in project coordination and/or project management roles
  • Experience in oil and gas or similar industries is an asset
  • Familiarity with capital allocation frameworks, governance structures, and value delivery frameworks
