Product Verification & Validation Reliability Engineer

 

• Location: ONSITE - Horicon, Wisconsin (Travel domestically to support field tests)
• Type: W2 contract (NO C2C OR THIRD PARTY)
• Length: 12+ months (Contract extension expectation)
• Pay Rate – Negotiable depending on DIRECT-related experience
• Work Authorization - Must be able to work in the U.S. with approved authorization status.
• Shift: 1st shift

 

Job Summary:

• Plan and coordinate testing and analysis work for design projects varying in complexity from component only to complete development programs of broad scope.

 

Duties Include:

• Operate in a team environment within PV&V (Product Verification and Validation) and the design community.
• Develop and execute test or analysis plans for product verification and validation.
• Help establish short and long-term objectives, goals, and priorities for the test lab.

 

Hands-on experience that makes you stand out:

• Skills and aptitude with mechanical, hydraulic and/or electrical systems.
• Writing clear and concise documentation of test procedures
• Led and executed vehicle tests
• Analyze complex data, draw conclusions, and make recommendations
• Communication within a cross-functional team across multiple sites and driving results

 

 

Required:

• 4-year engineering degree preferred or equivalent work experience
• Strong mechanical and or electrical aptitude
• Strong problem-solving skills
