Production Assembler – A Shift

Location: Gates-Chili Area (Westside Rochester, NY)
Transportation: Reliable, independent transportation required – not accessible via public transit

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Pay Rate: $16.50-$17/hour
Type: Temp to Hire

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble, sort, or package small to mid-sized components per work instructions
• Operate hand tools, fixtures, or semi-automatic equipment
• Conduct visual inspections to ensure quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace using 5S practices

Position Highlights:

• Independent, reliable transportation is required-  occasional travel to other local client sites may be needed within the Monroe county.
• A pay differential is provided during any period where you're temporarily assigned to another client site within Monroe County
• Clean-room style environment: no artificial nails, nail polish, lash extensions, or jewelry during work hours

What You'll Need to Bring:

• Reliable personal transportation (required)
• Flexibility to support nearby sites when needed
• Ability to stand for full shifts and lift up to 35 lbs
• Basic ability to read and follow written instructions in English
• Willingness to follow safety and cleanliness standards
