Production Associate
We're hiring dependable, hardworking team members for physical production roles in an agricultural environment. Most openings are currently supporting our 3rd Shift Box Wash team, but candidates must be flexible to work any shift as needed. No resume or interview required — quick hiring process!
Pay Rates
- 3rd Shift: $20.25/hour
Schedule Details
- 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
- Weekend and overtime hours will be required
What You'll Be Doing
These are hands-on, physical roles that may include:
- Operating forklifts and other equipment
- Working around seed processing and production areas
- Box washing and housekeeping duties
- Machine operation
- Repetitive lifting (up to 60 lbs)
- Walking, standing, climbing stairs, and working at elevated heights
What We're Looking For
- Forklift experience preferred
- Able to perform physical labor for full shifts
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in changing weather
- Able to read and speak English
- Strong attention to safety
- Able to follow directions and solve problems on-the-job
- Able to visually distinguish seed varieties by size and color
- Flexible to work any shift, weekends, and overtime
Work Environment Notes
- Exposure to corn pollen and typical agricultural conditions
- Working in varying environmental conditions (heat, cold, dust, mud, rain, pollen, insects)
