Now Hiring: Production Expediter – Print Manufacturing (A or B Shift)
Location: Rochester, NY

Shift Options:

  • A Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM

  • B Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

Pay: $18.00–$19.00/hr, based on experience

Are you experienced in fast-paced manufacturing and ready to take the lead on critical order execution? We're seeking a Production Expediter to join our high-volume print manufacturing team in Rochester, NY. In this essential role, you'll help drive on-time delivery of high-priority, rush, and overnight print jobs by coordinating closely with production leads, supervisors, and production control.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure time-sensitive orders meet all shipping deadlines

  • Track and prioritize rush jobs in collaboration with production control

  • Monitor job sequencing on production lines for optimal flow

  • Support communication and job alignment between shifts

  • Maintain quality standards; help address any off-spec or rejected product issues

  • Identify and escalate personnel or safety concerns promptly

  • Flex with scheduling demands, including required overtime during peak periods

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • 2+ years in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing setting

  • Experience in print or bindery operations is a strong plus

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Ability to work both independently and within a team

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel

Physical Requirements
  • Lift up to 40 lbs

  • Stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods

  • Work in a moderately loud production environment

  • Visually inspect quality and accurately identify colors
