Job Title: Production Manager
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
Pay Rate: Negotiable

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Production Manager to oversee our manufacturing processes, ensure quality standards, and lead production teams to achieve operational goals. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on management style, a keen eye for efficiency, and a commitment to safety and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and control manufacturing processes to ensure products are produced efficiently and on schedule.
  • Supervise production teams, providing leadership, training, and performance feedback.
  • Monitor production workflows and adjust schedules as needed to maximize productivity.
  • Implement and enforce quality control standards and safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, and quality assurance to streamline operations.
  • Track production costs, analyze variances, and implement improvements.
  • Maintain accurate production records and prepare management reports.
  • Identify and resolve production issues in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Production Manager or in a similar manufacturing supervisory role.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, manufacturing, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
