Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour (weekly pay)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Eastern Time)
Overtime: Expected as needed
The Production Operator is responsible for the refurbishment and servicing of medical-grade shipping containers while supporting warehouse and shipping operations.
Key responsibilities include:

Performing refurbishment activities including cleaning, repairing, kitting, conditioned pack-out, banding, and pallet wrapping in preparation for shipment

Supporting incoming materials and products by unloading, storing, and retrieving items using material handling equipment
-
Operating pallet jacks or electric pallet jacks safely to move materials within the warehouse

Preparing containers and materials for customer shipments
-
Processing and completing paperwork related to receiving and shipping departments
-
Setting up shipments with FedEx, UPS, or LTL carriers as needed
-
Ensuring daily work schedules are completed accurately and on time
-
Maintaining quality standards, operational efficiency, and safety compliance
-
Recording refurbishment and inventory activity using manual or electronic inventory systems

Verifying accuracy of all documentation and inventory records
-
Interacting with cross-functional teams to complete assignments
-
Completing required training and obtaining equipment certifications (including forklift certification, if required)
Required Qualifications:
-
High school diploma or equivalent
-
Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
-
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
-
Willingness to obtain forklift certification and complete necessary equipment training
-
Ability to stand and walk frequently
-
Ability to lift up to 20 lbs regularly and up to 40 lbs occasionally
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Associate degree
-
Experience working in an ISO-regulated environment
-
Knowledge of warehouse layout and safe warehousing operations
-
Experience safely operating material handling equipment (pallet jack or electric pallet jack)
-
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
-
Strong organizational, written and verbal communication, and time management skills
