Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour (weekly pay)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Eastern Time)
Overtime: Expected as needed

What You'll Do

The Production Operator is responsible for the refurbishment and servicing of medical-grade shipping containers while supporting warehouse and shipping operations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Performing refurbishment activities including cleaning, repairing, kitting, conditioned pack-out, banding, and pallet wrapping in preparation for shipment

• Supporting incoming materials and products by unloading, storing, and retrieving items using material handling equipment

• Operating pallet jacks or electric pallet jacks safely to move materials within the warehouse

• Preparing containers and materials for customer shipments

• Processing and completing paperwork related to receiving and shipping departments

• Setting up shipments with FedEx, UPS, or LTL carriers as needed

• Ensuring daily work schedules are completed accurately and on time

• Maintaining quality standards, operational efficiency, and safety compliance

• Recording refurbishment and inventory activity using manual or electronic inventory systems

• Verifying accuracy of all documentation and inventory records

• Interacting with cross-functional teams to complete assignments

• Completing required training and obtaining equipment certifications (including forklift certification, if required)

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Willingness to obtain forklift certification and complete necessary equipment training

• Ability to stand and walk frequently

• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs regularly and up to 40 lbs occasionally

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate degree

• Experience working in an ISO-regulated environment

• Knowledge of warehouse layout and safe warehousing operations

• Experience safely operating material handling equipment (pallet jack or electric pallet jack)

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Strong organizational, written and verbal communication, and time management skills
