Pay Rate: $20 per hour

What's a typical day as a Production Operator? You'll be: 

  • Operate production equipment and ensure consistent, high-quality output. 

  • Maintain production efficiency at assigned workstations and log machine activity as required. 

  • Communicate equipment or process issues promptly to appropriate personnel. 

  • Follow all safety procedures and report hazards or unsafe conditions immediately. 

  • Support a clean and organized work area by following 6S (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, Safety) principles. 

  • Perform technical tasks such as: 

  • Monitoring and responding to SPC charts. 

  • Handling failed tool qualifications and engineering test lots. 

  • Processing special work requests (SWRs) and other tests. 

  • Troubleshooting tool errors and assisting with recovery procedures. 

  • Collecting and analyzing process data. 

  • Use computer-based systems and applications to complete daily production tasks. 

  • Run equipment in accordance with current process specifications, procedures, and change notifications. 

  • Actively participate in training programs and complete certification and recertification requirements. 

  • Provide accurate and detailed pass-down information between shifts. 

  • Collaborate with leadership, coworkers, and support teams to improve safety, quality, and efficiency. 

  • Suggest and support process or safety improvements within the production area. 

 

This job might be an outstanding fit if you have: 

  • High School Diploma or GED 

  • 0–3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or production environment (semiconductor or fab experience a plus). 

  • Ability to operate and monitor automated equipment safely and efficiently. 

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards. 

  • Basic computer literacy and ability to use manufacturing software tools. 

  • Willingness to work night shift (training will occur on day shift). 

  • Demonstrated ability to follow safety and operational procedures. 

  • Effective communication skills and a proactive, positive attitude. 

  • Physical ability to lift, move, and handle materials safely using ergonomic techniques. 

  • Eagerness to learn, ask questions, and continuously improve skills and performance.
