Job Title: Production Operator (Temp-to-Hire)

Location: Houston, TX 77032, or 77020
Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM | Monday – Friday (Occasional Saturdays required)

The Day-to-Day

• Keep Things Moving: Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure efficiency.

• Quality First: Perform visual inspections of products to ensure they meet our high standards.

• Stay Organized: Maintain a clean and safe workspace (Safety is our #1 priority).

• Teamwork: Collaborate with supervisors and peers to meet daily production targets.

• Physical Stamina: Stand, walk, and lift up to [Insert Weight, e.g., 40 lbs] throughout a 10-hour shift.

What We're Looking For

• Reliability: You show up on time, every time.

• Flexibility: You're okay with overtime and working occasional Saturdays to hit our goals.

• Attitude: A "can-do" mindset and a willingness to learn new processes.

• Experience: Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person!
