Production Supervisor - Direct Hire Position
Location: Bridgeton, Missouri
Salary: $ 85,000-95,000 (based on experience)

Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and skilled Production Supervisor to join our team at our headquarters. This role is crucial for overseeing manufacturing processes and driving production plans beyond expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coach employees effectively, ensuring productive workflow and adherence to job expectations.
- Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Communicate job expectations, plan, monitor, and appraise employee performance.
- Facilitate employee growth by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, and providing development opportunities.
- Maintain workflow by setting processing variables, monitoring personnel, and implementing cost reductions.
- Schedule and assign personnel to meet production objectives, resolving problems and reporting progress.
- Enforce organizational standards to uphold quality.
- Ensure equipment operation by coordinating repairs and evaluating new techniques.
- Compile and analyze production data for performance improvement.
- Establish a safe work environment, adhering to policies and procedures.
- Collaborate within and between departments to foster cooperation.
- Resolve personnel issues through analysis and proposed solutions.
- Prepare and submit detailed performance reports.
- Undertake additional duties as assigned.
- High school diploma required; a technical, engineering, or relevant degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a production supervisor or similar role.
- Hands-on knowledge of manufacturing machinery and tools.
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office.
- Exceptional organizational, leadership, technical communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven ethos paired with a robust work ethic.
