Production Technician – 1st Shift | $16.00/hr | Lima, NY
Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire 

Kickstart your manufacturing career with us! We're looking for motivated individuals to join the 1st shift at our clean, well-organized facility near Henrietta, Avon, and Honeoye Falls. No prior experience required   we provide paid, hands-on training to help you succeed.

Shift & Pay:

• Monday – Friday | 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
• Starting at $16.00/hour with weekly pay

What You'll Do:

• Load and unload production machines safely and efficiently
• Operate assembly and lamination equipment with attention to detail
• Inspect, label, and package products to meet quality standards
• Record production and inspection data accurately
• Keep your work area clean and safe
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Work collaboratively with your team and suggest improvements

What We're Looking For:

• Reliable transportation (no bus access)
• Ability to stand and move throughout your shift
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions in English
• Dependable with strong attendance and a team-focused attitude
