Production Technician
We are seeking a Production Technician to join a leading team in the agriculture industry. In this hands-on role, you'll process seed samples, support key production activities, and help maintain high standards in conditioning, packaging, and shipping. Full training will be provided.

Details:

• $23.00/hr starting wage + shift premiums
• 40 hours/week + optional overtime, including weekends as required
• Standard PPE required; steel-toe boots above the ankle
• Contract: September 15, 2025 – April 3, 2026
• Onsite in Lethbridge County, AB

What You'll Do:

• Perform seed sample processing and warehouse tasks
• Operate forklifts (training available) and manage seed inventory
• Support harvest, packaging, and shipping activities
• Enter inventory and quality data into computer systems
• Adhere to safety and quality protocols at all times

What You Bring:

• High School Diploma required
• Experience in warehouse, production, or agriculture preferred
• Comfortable with computers (Excel, Outlook)
• Availability for rotating day and evening shifts
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and communication skills
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions and perform physical tasks
• Forklift experience a plus (training provided)
