A longestablished foodingredients manufacturer in Chaska is growing its production team and looking for dependable Production Technicians who want stable, handson work and a place to build a long-term career. This is a regulated, qualityfocused environment where you help create food ingredient blends used across multiple industries. It's not assemblyline work; you'll be learning food production processes and taking pride in producing something that matters.
1st Shift: 5:00am–1:30pm, Monday-Friday
Pay rate: $19/hr (or higher, depending on experience)
You will:
- Blend and package products according to specifications
- Operate mixing kettles and help prepare blended food ingredient batches
- Record ingredient and packaging information for full GMP traceability
- Keep production rooms clean, organized, and foodsafe
- Use standup forklifts (training provided)
- Contribute to a team that succeeds because every person does their part
People who succeed in this role:
- Have previous GMP and mixing production experience
- Enjoy physical work and can lift 50 lbs consistently
- Want a stable job with a steady schedule
- Stick with employers longterm and bring a dependable work history
- Don't mind strong food smells (garlic, fruit, etc.)
- Appreciate a team where everyone is easy to work with
- Be comfortable with production work, including keeping work areas sanitized and clean
