Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
$19/hour
Work shift – M/T/W/THRU 10hr days 5:30, 6 a.m. – 4 p.m

What's a typical day as a Production Associate? You'll be:
- Coordinating with customers to schedule the timely recovery of loaner Ultrasound units.
- Maintaining accurate records of all recovery activities and customer interactions.
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve any issues related to the recovery process.
- Providing exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Monitoring and reporting on the status of recovery operations to management.
- Assisting in developing and implementing strategies to improve the efficiency of the recovery process.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent and 2 or more years of relevant experience.
- Possess strong organizational and time management skills, with a proven ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Demonstrate excellent attendance, accountability, teamwork, personal initiative, and a strong work ethic.
- Show a desire to learn and have a flexible approach to daily work tasks.
- Have experience in asset recovery, logistics, or a similar role, with proficiency in using computer systems and software for tracking and reporting purposes.
