The Build Coordinator will assist the build community in meeting their timing on build programs within the Ford community. Ideal resource should have knowledge of working within a union environment, possess excellent follow up skills, & have an understanding of the build process. Resource will be the liaison between the build floor and engineering community.

- Unresolved issue review

Hard Rock Meeting
- Identify topics of discussion
- Vehicle closure of issues
- Report out on daily pre-check/sign off/delivery status
Build Site Coordination
- Coordinate the link between the plant floor and the responsible engineer teams for build/sign off/delivery issues
- Follow up with the responsible engineering teams to verify the plant floor issues are closed in a timely manner with integrity
- Work with internal & external support to ensure the build process continues w/o interruption
- Work through design, assembly, & quality issues with all team members
External Build Support
Identify all control units
Support Engineering Signoff in defining the components not to be installed in order to facilitate the signoff and / or commissioning process
Perform final inspection prior to vehicle delivery and ensure camo requirements are being met
Create a presence within build activities during prototype builds
