Kelly® Science & Clinical is seeking QA Technician for contract position at Pharmaceutical client in Puerto Rico North area.
Responsabilidades Especiales:
• Responsable de implantar y mantener la efectividad del Sistema de calidad.
• Es responsable de realizar las pruebas visuales con criterio de aceptación y rechazo por atributos en las áreas de compresión, revestimiento e impreso/sorteo de tabletas.
• Responsable de revisión de documentación de cuadre de las pruebas de “in-process” de compresión.
• Realizar la verificación de “line clearance” de las líneas de empaque final.
• Manejar muestras de archivo y retorno enviadas por los clientes de los productos manufacturados. El manejo incluye: Recibo de muestras, asignación de localizaciones y almacenaje de acuerdo a sus condiciones de almacenamiento.
• Trabajar con la preparación de muestras con material extrafino; esto conlleva tomar fotos y hacer los arreglos para enviarlas al departamento de MS&T.
• Comunicarse con científicos e investigadores para ponerse de acuerdo en la entrega de las muestras solicitadas.
• Ejecutar conteo y cuadre de productos controlados.
• Destruir las muestras de acuerdo a la cedulación del tiempo de retención establecido para los procedimientos haciendo uso de los requisitos de seguridad de desperdicios de materiales biológicos potencialmente dañinos.
• Documentar las inspecciones describiendo lo observado en un informe escrito de acuerdo a la Regulación del Sistema de Calidad.
• Manejar y documentar los registros de temperatura de los cuartos y equipos de almacenamiento de las muestras de archivo y retorno.
• Ejecutar pruebas de proceso (Visual, dureza, espesor, peso, desintegración y viscosidad) aplicables.
• Responsable de ejecutar tareas asignadas según la necesidad del área operacional.
• Proveer asistencia a las operaciones conforme a los sistemas de gestión ambiental, Salud Operacional y Seguridad (EH&S por sus siglas en inglés) y promover el mejoramiento continuo.
Educación:
• Grado asociado, preferiblemente en Ciencias Naturales o Grado Técnico Vocacional.
Experiencia:
• Excelentes destrezas de relaciones interpersonales.
• Destrezas de comunicación verbal y escrita en inglés y español.
• Conocimiento básico de cGMP.
• Conocimiento básico de matemáticas
