We are seeking a QC Laboratory Analyst to join our Quality Control team. In this role, you'll be responsible for performing analytical testing to ensure the quality and compliance of raw materials, finished products, and stability samples. Your work will directly support our manufacturing operations and ensure we deliver safe, effective products to customers.
You'll use advanced analytical instrumentation such as HPLC, UPLC, GC, UV, IR, and more to perform your work. Whether you're preparing reagents, analyzing samples, or assisting in investigations, you'll play a critical role in maintaining product integrity and regulatory compliance.
Key ResponsibilitiesPerform Analytical Testing (Approx. 75%)

Conduct qualitative and quantitative testing on raw materials, finished products, and stability samples.

Ensure full documentation of results and compliance with cGMP guidelines and internal SOPs.
Support Laboratory Investigations (Approx. 10%)

Participate in investigations for out-of-specification (OOS) or atypical results.

Collaborate with supervisors to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
Contribute to Continuous Improvement (Approx. 10%)

Support initiatives to improve lab efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance compliance.

Offer feedback on process improvements and equipment performance.
Prepare for Audits (Approx. 5%)

Assist in audit readiness by ensuring documentation and processes are accurate, complete, and aligned with regulatory standards.

Support internal and external audit activities as needed.

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related scientific discipline.

Minimum 1 year of experience in a pharmaceutical Quality Control laboratory.

Familiarity with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).

Proficient in operating and troubleshooting laboratory instruments, including:

HPLC, UPLC, GC, UV-Vis, FTIR, Malvern particle sizing instruments

Empower software, and basic knowledge of SAP.
Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong understanding of lab safety procedures and compliance requirements.
Interpersonal Skills-

Adaptable and able to shift priorities in response to changing lab schedules or equipment issues.

Adapting to shifting priorities due to supply constraints or urgent testing requests.

Supporting root cause analysis and investigation documentation.

Assisting with troubleshooting of analytical instruments (under supervisor guidance).

Maintaining high standards for cleanliness, safety, and audit readiness in the lab.

Overtime may be required to meet production and testing deadlines.
