Hands-on experience ensuring aircraft parts and assemblies meet type design data

Team-oriented environment focused on quality, safety, and continuous improvement

Performing inspections using engineering drawings, orders, work instructions, technical specifications, and QA procedures

Conducting preliminary, progressive, and final inspections of aircraft structures and systems, verifying functionality, and ensuring proper documentation

Inspecting for FOD, verifying paperwork, and witnessing/documenting specified manufacturing process steps
-
Performing conformity and first article inspections in compliance with FAA-approved procedures
-
Ensuring proper use and storage of tools and equipment
-
Supporting manufacturing personnel with technical guidance
-
Participating in safety programs and continuous improvement initiatives
-
A High School Diploma or GED (required)
-
1 year of quality inspection experience or 2 years of GAC manufacturing experience (required)

2 years of manufacturing or aerospace experience (preferred)
-
Ability to complete a Formal Inspection Training Program within 90 days

Working knowledge of shop mathematics, blueprint/CATIA reading and interpretation

Proficiency with basic shop tools and equipment

Strong attention to detail and commitment to product safety and compliance
